They claimed to do a full air duct cleaning, but when I checked the vents, dust and debris were still there. It looks like they only cleaned what was visible and left the rest untouched. Very disappointing.
After the service, my HVAC system started making strange noises. When I called them back to check, they refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge me again. Completely unprofessional.
They gave me a low price over the phone, but once they arrived, they added hidden fees for every little thing. The final bill was triple the quote. Very dishonest business practice.
Judah + Humberto were awesome! They were able to come the day after I called for an inspection on my duct work and dryer vent - and ended up getting everything cleaned up the same day. Hopefully no more mold in the future!
