I went to get a haircut done. I have long hair and specifically told the lady that I wanted layers in long hair. The lady ended up chopping off my hair. The haircut she did was nothing like what I wanted. They charged me more than $70 for that stupid haircut. Moreover she kept on asking me personal questions which I found very absurd. She then kept on saying stupid stuff about brown culture which was so unprofessional. I am never visiting this salon again leave alone recommending it to anyone!!
A bang trim shouldn't cost 50 dollars. I feel scammed because you weren't having a busy day, and upcharged me for a 3 second bang trim because you thought you could. Shame.
