HOW DOES THIS COMPANY NOT HAVE A SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE? EVER???Not sure if the call center is in *******, the representatives are nice but very poorly trained, all they say is "I understand" and do nothing else! There is NEVER a solution and I was told I had TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT from something I cancelled BEFORE it was shipped!!!!HOW IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS?
