I was referred by The Lighthouse Chiropractic family and I am very grateful Dr Hali, Dr Devon and Dr Derek all recommended Tamara. Highly recommend!! Tamera is very knowledgeable in her field and seriously the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She worked on my stubborn knots, relieved tight muscles, and did some light stretching. I plan on seeing her monthly!
Always a great massage, deep tissue mixed with relaxation.
I was able to get a same day appointment with Tamera and pre-pay through her website. Very easy! When I showed up I was greeted warmly and was walked through her process thoroughly. I got the 60 min assisted stretch. It felt amazing and gave me greater range of motion immediately. I recommend everyone(!) get an assisted stretch. Thanks Tamera!
