I was a bit nervous about the cost of the diagnosis on my computer, but it was definitely worth it and saved me $700+. I went to uBreakiFix because my MacBook Air was completely unresponsive. They told me that it's water damaged and it will cost less to buy a new laptop. Then I brought it to Re-Compute: they took it apart, figured out the problem, and replaced the damaged portion all for $200. I also felt like they had great communication in terms of the cost, replacement equipment, and timeframe. highly recommend

Honestly thought this place looked a little seedy from the outside, but when I had streak of bad luck with my laptop, I took it in to Re-Compute and they were able to quickly diagnose and repair my PC and get me back to work in only two business days. Only a few weeks after my first visit to Re-Compute, I dropped my laptop. I had something rattling around on the inside, interfering with the fan, making a terrible noise. Kenny and Brian were so patient and great at explaining and understanding my questions and concerns. It’s great to know this resource is available in our community. As I get older, much of this new technology can be a bit overwhelming. They are efficient and thorough in their evaluation of situations.
