I called RE Bogg’s to request an appointment for someone to come out to give me a quote for a new HVAC system. The HVAC had stopped working the day before and the temperature was 95 degrees. I was immediately transferred to Steve. Steve came out the same day to review my existing system. He also brought a window air conditioner for me to use and it did not matter if I did or didn’t buy a unit from him.
