I've been trying to reach the owner of the company, DJ David Mckie, in regards to the $5000 balance remaining for his personal condo located. All efforts to receive a response about this issue have been ignored. Aside from the $5000 owed by DJ, Re-Bath of Wilmington has an outstanding balance of $1575. Efforts to receive a response about this issue have also been ignored.
The project from the beginning and after we made the downpayment took a long time. I understand issues with getting products but it took way too much effort to try to get information (numerous calls and messages with no follow up)

Terry, our installer was professional, friendly, neat, and fast. Can't ask for anything better. Paul, our salesman, took the time to explain and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted.
We were very happy with the communication, the product, and professionalism of the installer.
