My experience with Re-Bath was stellar. Because my husband became disabled, it was necessary to make our bathroom ADA compliant. Our salesperson, Lisa, was exceptional. She listened to what I needed and even made suggestions on how I could save money on this project. The work was begun within the week. Those who redid our bathroom were professional. They cleaned up after themselves, removing the old vanity and linen closet. The end result is everything I hoped it would be.
We had Re-bath convert our tub/shower to a walk—in shower with safety bars. Rep Lisa sold us on the quality and value of their products and Hunter, the installer, was skilled, efficient, and respectful. The company was accommodating to our timing needs due to an upcoming knee replacement. We love our results, and can highly recommend Re-Bath, Madison East.
Don was meticulous and friendly. He communicated well. The job was done on time despite extensive tear out and carpenter work.
Thank you to your staff. They all did a great job including the office personnel. This was our second time hiring re-bath, and no regrets. Professional, respectful, and addressed every request and question.
