I made a grave mistake in doing business with this Company. Grossly overpriced!! I was told, in writing that the installation of two new showers would take a total of 5 days. Start to finish it took 3 weeks! The General Manager had to come to site to inspect poor workmanship. The shelves had to be re-caulked. I was called at 5.03 pm the evening before the repairer was due to arrive the next day at 8,00 am which was most inconvenient!!
I just want to thank your salesman and installer for a wonderful experience. Nick was very accommodating and helpful in the selection process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we would be pleased with the new tub and shower. Tom is a true professional. He arrived on time, went over the install process, and went to work.
