Let's start off they don't even deserve a star. Don't use them. That flat out lie to you. This an awful company and anyone working for them should be ashamed lying about working with the VA. Jason and Nick are awful people. I will never work with them.
Silicone doesn't last. They don't return phone calls for service requests. Do not use this company.
I've had mixed results with this company. They are very difficult to deal with for scheduling. However I was very happy with the quality of their work and our bathroom turned out very good. I think that is mainly because they have an awesome installer. The material quality seems to be good as well. I scheduled a free consultation. When the time of the scheduled appointment had passed I had called only to find out that they had apparently changed computer systems and my appointment hadn’t made it into the calendar. Unfortunately with the rearranging of my personal and work schedules to fit the consultation appointment ending in disappointment I’ve decided not to continue business with them.
We scheduled in an home consultation and took the time to formulate a plan because we are looking to re-do one of our bathrooms. The Rep was pleasant enough at first. We were hit with a sky high (especially for what re bath is) estimate full to the brim of the old style hard sell. The second I detect a high pressure hard sell you've lost me.
