I couldn’t ask for a better experience on the renovation of our bathroom. Brendan and Rob were excellent to work with. They checked in with us several times to make sure everything met our needs. Dylan, the sales rep, helped us figure out exactly how to configure the bathroom to address our concerns.
From the initial conception of the project to the recent completion, the staff from Re-Bath provided 5 star service. Linda Rick listened to my vision, took into account my lifestyle, and designed the ideal bathroom for me. Ben and Rob were the consummate professionals on the job. They arrived on time, communicating what was going to completed that day plus next steps and left my home exactly as they found it. I am thrilled with the results.
Brendan & Rob from RE-BATH did an amazing job with our install. Brendan & Rob were communicative answering any questions throughout the process. Brendan & Rob did a great clean-up job as well. In the end Brendan & Rob carefully went over and explained the all paperwork with us in a manner that wasn’t rushed but was professionally done. We highly recommend Brendan & Rob for there outstanding customer service!
Ben did a great job. Not only was Ben a true professional, but he was always here at the time he said, had total respect for the interior of my house from where we had his truck parked all the way to the bathroom job. Even though I had a contract, Ben checked with me before he positioned every single thing in my bathroom to make sure it’s exactly where I wanted it. Be careful before you hire this group. Make sure you take your own pictures of exactly how everything looks with areas around those explicitly being worked on because if it is damaged in any way they take no accountability, whatsoever. Get ready for additional repairs to windows, walls, and ceiling on your own.
