JAY CLARK (my solo Installer) was AWESOME! I had both my shower and guest bath/shower remodeled by RE-BATH of Oxnard. Unfortunately for him, his co-worker was not available... BUT he performed both remodels with a great attitude, hard work ethic, calm manners, and courteous professionalism. We had the Oxnard office sales rep, Dustin, visit us today. We were not planning on making a decision. However we decided to move forward with Re-Bath. Why? Dustin really gave us confidence that the quality of the products and installation won us over. And the price is so much less than others who have looked at this project. I really hate pushy sales people. Frankly, that is what I was expecting. I’m so glad that is far from what we experienced. The experience was so positive.
I’m so very happy.. No more worries about slipping when exiting the tub. Paul installed a low platform walk in shower and it looks fabulous! He adjusted the height of the shower spout and handle to be more convenient and it looks amazing. Paul finished a couple days early and it was smooth experience. I really am happy with the work and the follow up from Kayla on making the time to get this done.
