Wow! Mr Bo Smith is awesome, and very professional. He patiently went through all the available options of materials offered. The products are great. Bo is a “people” person. I just meet them a week ago.They are great will work with you. I can not wait for my bathroom to be re-bathed and I will be getting the other one done to at a later date.
I like the new shower that was installed. They were helpful in allowing me to make payments...that being said, I do believe I was overcharged for the whole job. $11,000.00 for a shower, floor, and commode....also I did not get an itemized bill for all of the parts and labor...being on a fixed income, that is quite a chunk to repay. Live and learn!
I needed a bathroom over hall and this company went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and budget limits. They were cleaned up any mess they made and just made my bathroom have that special touch. Will definitely recommend.
Left our bath unfinished, I had to finish the wall next to the shower enclosure. The caulking job inside the enclosure is not very good. They did all the work in 1 day, removed old tub, installed new tub with shower enclosure. Juan told me that I had to fix the wall work where he cut into it to remove the old shower and installed the new shower myself. The final product is not anything close to what we were promised. This was a definite bait and switch. The materials brought in did not look like materials shown in the beginning. The worker was not great. The timeline given was not realistic. The owner however got involved to help us feel satisfied, and that changed my opinion of this company. I need great customer service when spending so much money.
They did a very professional Job very pleased. Would recommend them for the shower they did for us .
