I've been a loyal customer of RDS for almost a decade with good service. Last year things changed when the service to the water system that feeds the house was left with a expired UV bulb for 6 months until the alarm was triggered. Then the system started building up air in the lines, I was put off for the next 6 months with excuses. Yesterday I was told from the owner that they have no time to investigate or fix the problem.
Dan Knows his stuff and solved my hard water issue at my home. I had sulfur, calcium and other issues and now that he is done with my new filtration/softener system, I immediately noticed a difference. Dan is very knowledgeable, and his work is CLEAN and tidy (hard to find people that can make a neat job out of plastic piping). Could not be happier with the professionalism and the outcome and look forward to referring my friends and family.
Excellent service. Friendly, prompt, and communicative. Would recommend to anyone!
