RDS Professional Services was hired for a variety of repairs around the house. Working with Ric Santiago was a pleasure! He was very knowledgeable & personable. The quality of his work was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the process with everything explained clearly along the way. What particularly impressed me was how fair & reasonable the price was. I HIGHLY recommend RDS & wouldn’t hesitate to call Ric again.
I couldn't be happier with the service provided! Ric is professional and incredibly skilled. He has always tackled every job I have needed done, from electrical work to soffits. He was respectful of my home, cleaned up after each task, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone so reliable and efficient these days. Quick, good communication, effective. Came back the next day when we ran into a separate issue and had it resolved within 20 minutes. Definitely the guy to pick if you need something done!
Ric installed some ceiling fans and a very crazy dining room hanging light. He did a fantastic job, took his time and made sure everything was right before he left. He even offered to return some things for me that I did Not need! I’d highly recommend him, 5 stars!
Ric was fantastic and I recommend him for any handyman work that needs to get done. He was very professional on time and does great work and a great price. If you need anywork done around the house he is the guy to call.
