Get cost up front or regret it later!!! Response time was great in emergency situation. However, charges seemed extremely high. Chuck came out Tuesday at 7 a.m., was gone over 2 hours to get new main circuit breaker, returned and installed it and was done by 10:30. Service charge 0f $59, no problem. Charging $488 for part that was available at Lowe's for $63.87 is robbery. Must have been $120/hour for labor, including travel time! RDS Electric A co-worker recommend me this company when I was having problems with an electric panel. They came and showed us what was wrong , they ordered the part and came back next day to replace it. We used to have a lot of problems with the panel and after these guys replaced it . We haven't had any. These guys are good if you need an honest electric company .
