Working with Rian and RDS has been such a refreshing experience. After moving in our house in Estero ~7 years ago, we've gone through our fair share of HVAC companies, and for various reasons, never found one we could 'trust'. I called to get a qoute to install a new thermostat. I was qouted $398.00. When the bill came, they charged me an extra $145.00 for a "service call". Will never use them again.
If you are tired of outrageous flat rate pricing from companies that are owned by private equity who only care about making sales, then look no further than RDS. I had Conditioned Air out last Wednesday and paid $199 for Trip Charge and in a few minutes said I needed a new blower for $1,200! Fast forward 5 days still no call from Conditioned Air to install the blower. Everything you need to know about RDS I’ve been using RDS for years. You might think it’s bias but it’s not. Hear me out. It’s because they have been great. Every. Single. time. They’ve come in the middle of the night before to remedy issues like leaks in the evaporator coil from an aging unit etc. It’s south Florida so of course A/C units get eaten for lunch here.
