I could not be happier. Mike is totally awesome. Took his time analyzing the issues I conveyed we have been experiencing and pinpointed what’s going on creating our problems. Mike is easy to talk with and explains in layman’s terms. I’m very very very happy we made the decision in January to have RDS as our AC company. Shout out to Reagan too. Wonderful customer care and representative of the company.
