It had been a long time since I rented a vehicle from RDR and I never had a problem. They were courteous and gave good service. But when I had my accident and totaled my car, Mr. Shattles left his bed on Christmas Eve to get me on the road so I could drive to Atlanta to pick up my family. That is five star service and I will be forever grateful!!!
I had a horrible experience at the Americus location. The people were not only rude, but they also lied to me and then tried to cover it up. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. You are better off taking your business elsewhere in my opinion.
