Terrible website and poor customer service. Retail store is a dump. It is a shame Twinsburg families are forced to go to this awful establishment.
RecommendedGreat customer service! We had a spirit wear order for Christmas gifts and there was a mix up with a T-shirt. She was so great on the phone and I was mailed a T-shirt as a place holder until the one I originally ordered was in so we had a gift. When I got the package today there was a bonus shirt! Great experience overall and am so happy with everything we ordered so far. Thank you!!!

Their customer service is exceptional. They called me after I ordered online to refund me money when they saw I made a mistake and made sure my kids could still get their shirts with the rest of the group. They also went above and beyond to fix a mistake. I would highly recommend them!
