I called and explained my old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. he was at my house within an hour. Took measurements and asked me how soon I wanted it replaced, I said immediately. He left and came back later that afternoon with my new water heater and had it installed within about 4-5 hrs. Labor was affordable and he got the job done quick.

Showed up on time, very professional. Completed the job to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the job. Several items all completed in a timely manner. Bonus is I called same day and received same day service. Thank you. I definitely will be using RDP again and if you have a job call RDP

Richard is hands down one of the best plumbers I’ve worked with. He’s installed two toilets, repaired a leaking pipe that could’ve been a disaster, and recently helped me with a water heater issue — all with fast, professional service and fair pricing. He doesn’t try to upsell you, he shows up when he says he will, and he gets the job done right. It’s rare to find someone that dependable these days. I’m honestly grateful to have him as a go-to — he’s saved me more than once!
