I needed to repair my wife's necklace while on vacation. Picked RDP based on reviews and convenient location. They informed me that the proper way to repair it was to solder it, but could not leave it as we were about to head home. The owner was able to temporarily repair it on the spot and then refused to charge for it. This level of professionalism and honesty is tremendously refreshing.
