Very disappointed with this experience. I flew from Minnesota to stay in Fort Myers and drove about 3 hours to visit this store because of the necklaces they had listed on their website. When I arrived, I found out they basically had no necklaces in stock and only carried one Miami Cuban chain, which was extremely frustrating considering how many were advertised online. The staff appeared friendly and trustworthy at first glance, including the elderly salesman from Turkey who seemed genuine. The guy who runs this shop is awesome. Came in for a chain repair, needed the circle where it clasps to and he took care of it immediately. GOAT Jewelry store! 100% for anyone looking to buy any luxury watches or jewelry. Beautiful inventory of Rolex’s and Audemars Piguet.

Over the years, I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired at your shop, you also made me a custom-made silver ring. If by “not a customer” you mean that I don’t spend $10,000–$50,000 on a chain or watch, then fine—but to suggest I’ve never done business with you is simply untrue.
