Over the years, I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired at your shop, you also made me a custom-made silver ring. If by “not a customer” you mean that I don’t spend $10,000–$50,000 on a chain or watch, then fine—but to suggest I’ve never done business with you is simply untrue. Went into RDP Jewelry in South Beach to look at watches, and during my visit I witnessed an employee ( he was 6 feet tall looks dominican or brazilian maybe 48's, 50's years old with reading glasses) aggressively confronting and physically assaulting a customer. It was shocking and disturbing to see this happening inside the store. The behavior made me feel unsafe, and I left immediately without making a purchase.
