These guys are always easy to deal with when loading and unloading. Their yard personnel do great work and are always so cordial and professional. I never have any issues with RDO when I have a piece of equipment to pick up or deliver. The one thing that they do ask is that when you are delivering a piece of equipment they would like when you will be on-site to load or unload so just give them a call and give them a heads up.
I’m done with RDO McKinney. Change my 5 star review to one star. There’s a guy in parts, you’ll know who he is because he is always rude, doesn’t want to work, cold, unfriendly. When he can’t find a part or like today-it’s 4:35 pm and clearly doesn’t want to work. Once again, he hung up on me. Called back, no answer. Straight to VM. This has happened Multiple times with my company and I know a few other shops who have the same problem. RDO is not the only Deere parts house in the world. I came here to get a hose made as I have done so in the past. A parts guy at the very end named Spencer was helping me out, apart from being rude he didn't even try making the hose, apparently, they didn't have the parts available, keep in mind I've came here multiple times in the past and never had an issue.
Great crew there, always a pleasure to bring you equipment.
