Multiple terrible experiences especially parts, every time I walk in I feel like I’m a burden and never feel welcomed, while coworkers joyfully speak to each other but give the customer attitude. Was chargerd over 100$ freight for a hose that took a week to arrive after being told it would be only 15$ in freight would rather find parts elsewhere then go oem because of this experience!
I’ve been really happy with RDO. Prices are high but it’s John Deere.
