My experience with RDM has been a nightmare. They use inexperienced subcontractors who are not of the caliber of a high-end home. They also do not stand behind their product. They are very difficult to deal with for warranty. Stay away, there are many better options in Newport Beach.
Had the pleasure to work with Chris and his team on several projects, each one has been a pleasure. They are constantly on top of schedules and critical path while still keeping the design intent and all important details!
