We had a truck towed here after a breakdown. Huge mistake!!!! The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He quoted us $15k for a transmission repair. We found another mechanic that quoted us half that. When attempting to tow, he threatened to call the police as we were "trespassing"

I brought my truck to RDM Truck Solutions, LLC with prior permission and approval after my truck broke down on the road. Despite having authorization to be there as a customer seeking repair service, I was treated in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner and was told to leave. Great People! My K-t680 radiator went out and they came and switch it in no time. Definitely give ‘em your business they are good folks!

They say 24 hours mobile service but I told the guy I had a broke coolant fitting going into the block that needed fixed he said get it towed and I said I can't do that and I'm only a few miles from wythville dude just said good luck and hung up on me. You could've just said I can't deal with it because it's midnight and I don't want to work. Really unprofessional to a guy down on his luck. Thanks man
