We had our Fuel pump replaced here on our Cascadia, the mechanic did an excellent job at a fair price, kept his word on estimated time and price, also took care of our driver to hotel and back, I would use them again!

We had a truck towed here after a breakdown. Huge mistake!!!! The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He quoted us $15k for a transmission repair. We found another mechanic that quoted us half that. When attempting to tow, he threatened to call the police as we were "trespassing"
I brought my truck to RDM Truck Solutions, LLC with prior permission and approval after my truck broke down on the road. Despite having authorization to be there as a customer seeking repair service, I was treated in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner and was told to leave.
