This insurance scammed me So now for the first time in my life I have to pay out of pocket to get my windshield replaced Sounds like another insurance scam going on in this country. I would be careful of random bullets flying through the air.
Don't expect them to answer their phone. Any positive reviews are posted by the owner and his friends/family. You will save money by going directly to the insurance company, don't waste your time with RDM.
this place is a joke so is the owner Nels peterson ;) rates are marked extremly high, no return calls/emails ...Cut the middle man insurance company and go straight to the insurer yourself save$
