I will never do business with RDMDrones ever again. I turned in my drone on 5/9. It would take a month for the part to get to them. I was so patient, after being lied to over and over over a coarse of 2 months, they finally told me that DJI wouldn’t be manufacturing the Phantom 4. RDM will disappoint you. Save your money and a heart ache.
RDM is a third generation family in the film and video business in Dallas. Robert Redd was a leader in the motion picture laboratory industry. I've known Daniel Redd since he was knee-high to a grasshopper...as the saying goes. Danny is honest and serious about serving clientele to the fullest with what ever the customer's needs. 5 Stars are in order!
Awesome people...They're more interested in helping me than selling me something. You don't find the personal honest service anymore that these folks have. especially, Rebecca, she goes the extra miles
