Rob recently helped us with getting our wind-damaged roof approved for replacement. This wasn’t an immediate win as insurance companies don’t always want to pay what ought to be paid, but Rob was persistent in taking photos and sending quotes - showing the company that the roof was not repairable since it was too old. I called Rob on Saturday morning after I found a ton of shingles had blown off overnight. This was Easter Weekend. He came out that same day to check on the problem! He fixed the roof a few days later (it wasn't leaking so it could wait) and I'm pleased with the work he did. His rate was reasonable to me and I'm thankful that I can stop worrying about my roof!
Sent a message and had a call for them to schedule a time to come take a look at my roof. He wasn’t able to make it on the initial scheduled day due to rain. But scheduled another day to come out and he did the repairs that day. Very happy and satisfied with the work and communication.
We were so impressed with this company. The crew was so hardworking and polite. They got here on time, did the work and left our house looking like they had never been here. We would recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work done. 💯 satisfied!!!
I called RDM after seeing one of their signs in a neighbor’s yard. My elderly mom had some minor roof damage from wind. I called RDM and spoke to Rob. He was extremely helpful and offered to stop by and look at my mom’s roof that afternoon! He showed up on time, was professional, and was able to do the repair that day! This was my first experience with RDM, and I promise you, it won’t be my last (if I ever need roof work again). I am super pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Rob.
