Rob recently helped us with getting our wind-damaged roof approved for replacement. This wasn’t an immediate win as insurance companies don’t always want to pay what ought to be paid, but Rob was persistent in taking photos and sending quotes - showing the company that the roof was not repairable since it was too old.
