OUr deposit on our unit was withheld because the owner "Absolutely guarantees that every single person that moves out leaves trash behind on my property." After leaving 2 unreturned voice mails, I finally reached a live person(the owner) and was shocked by the way he spoke to me. Apparently, on the day we emptied our unit, someone left a chair near a unit, and he "knew it was me, but couldn't prove it." BTW - It wasn't, me.
