I am selling a house.. The closing was to be done may 7 2021. i finally got the information on tuesday. Two out side plugs needed repairs.. THE APPRAISER wanted weather resistant caps and tamper proof plugs. i had plugs repaired in about 3 hours. When the appraiser rechecks its found that there are actually 3 plugs that need repair.
