Worst company ever. I hired them last year for lawn cutting and snow plowing. Their lawn cutting was average. The big problem was with their snow plowing. They are always late, usually show up at 11-12pm, I have to go to work early (I am an M.D) and I ended up shoveling the snow several times by myself because they would not show up in time including the 10 inches snow storm. Their fall cleaning also was bad as many leaves stayed on the ground. Take my advice and hire someone else.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. All they care about is taking your money. If they do the job it's late and of poor quality.

Been with them for 6 years now. 3 years ago they purchased a new office space and that was about the time they stopped caring about doing a good job. Leaves are all over the yard every cleanup, they mow the lawn well into November when the grass isn't even growing anymore, and they charge for it of course. If you pay for snow plow removal, you'll probably have to do it yourself or pay somebody else. Stay away from RDK. They are unresponsive and simply don't care. Stay away! Low prices but completely unresponsive and unaccountable for what they promise. If you're lucky, they will do the work you asked them to do although certainly it won't be done on time. It's what you pay for. Don't panic if you leave them a message and they do not call you back that week. They are busy, you are not. Just give them some time, they will call you back eventually! It might just take another week or two. Do yourself a favor and find another company that you can rely on.
