Do NOT use this company! Repeated problems with a recent AC installation…Booked a same day appointment for Friday 1-3. Received a call that the technician couldn’t make it and would have to come after hours and the bill would be minimum $200 for the after hour fee. After arguing that and resolving that issue, the technician came before 5 but then completely gouged us with the price he gave of $600 for cleaning and replacing a wire. Price was $562! Ridiculous for a short visit!
Chris, an experienced technician, did a thorough inspection of both units and assessed the issues and then patiently provided detailed explanations. He was equipped to resolve the units' issues quickly to my satisfaction. The service was a pleasant experience overall, and I would definitely hire again.
They always come the day I call! Brian and Joe are great! They figure out anything that is thrown at them.
The service tech Christopher very professional easy to talk with and he even listens to my concerns and he solved and fixed my AC unit and condenser due to fault wiring. He rewired my AC unit to manufacturers specifications..
