RDK had to completely redo a full A/C system by another company (a very large company). After only 2 years I had mold in my ductwork and furnace, and the ductwork was leaking air so that every time the AC or heater kicked in, I would get insulation and debris from my attic into my house. In addition, the outside unit sounded awful every time it came on or shut off.
