I had a complete HVAC system installed by this company after a disastrous install by another company. RDK had to start over completely because the previous system (2 years old) had mold growing in the ductwork and mold growing on the air handler. The new system is now properly installed, is quiet and very efficient. I also have now had my first maintenance with RDK and was extremely pleased. RDK had to completely redo a full A/C system by another company (a very large company). After only 2 years I had mold in my ductwork and furnace, and the ductwork was leaking air so that every time the AC or heater kicked in, I would get insulation and debris from my attic into my house. In addition, the outside unit sounded awful every time it came on or shut off.
