Was referred to RDH with raving reviews. We had reached out multiple times about needing a new Sump Pump, and we never heard back from them for over a week. Same issue with allied plumbing. Platinum Plumbing got us on the schedule the very next day!
I would never use a different plumber! Ryan shows up when he says he will, diagnoses and fixes the problem. No nonsense frills. Just great customer service! He even helped me with a side project while he was here. Highly recommend!
Ryan was recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we used RDH! He and Clay installed a new water heater for us and were efficient and very easy to work with. A month later we had a problem with water leaking out of the light fixture. They came the same day and - although it was not an easy one - figured out the problem quickly and fixed it.
