I've had a water heater, bathroom sink and faucets, a shut off valve put on the toilet, and a kitchen sink faucet replaced by these guys. All great work and all work well years later. Today, Clay came out and replaced our toilet in 45 minutes. I asked questions and he answered them. Quick work, cleaned up when he left, and a nice guy as well. You can go to a different plumber if you want. However, why would you??

I’ve lived in Bloomington for a little over six years now, I first called RDH Plumbing (Ryan) to help me install a gas hot water heater, water softener and some smaller projects. Everything was perfect, in reference to communication, service, professionalism and quality of work. Ryan was recommended to us by a friend and his team was fantastic! They responded immediately and scheduled us right away. The work on our master shower was well done and fairly priced, and the plumber could not have been nicer and better to work with. When a second issue occured in another bath, Ryan responded himself and was there the next day. It was such a minor issue that he did not even charge me! That kind of customer service is rare these days. HIGHLY recommend!

Was referred to RDH with raving reviews. We had reached out multiple times about needing a new Sump Pump, and we never heard back from them for over a week. Same issue with allied plumbing. Platinum Plumbing got us on the schedule the very next day!
