Ryan did a good job initially---subsequent to finishing had a problem with an area of work that he did---contacted him to fix the problem--indicated he was booked and would try to fit in a repair---never heard from him again Totally destroyed his credibility with me---we all make mistakes but have to address and correct them ******

Ryan just finished several projects at my home and I was very happy with his work. He removed walls for a larger kitchen remodel, replaced windows, replaced our staircase in hardwood. He did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. His work is high quality and he communicates scheduling and any changes that arise during work. He was by far the best contractor I have worked with and I will certainly use him again for future projects.

Ryan and RDF Construction just completed our beautiful master bath remodel. He has done other work for us in the past but this was a significant project with subcontractors. He is always professional, creative when the project throws "curves", timely and excellent at communicating. Trust me when I say his projects don't end when he walks out the door, and you will be glad you chose him for his skills, cleanliness, attention to detail, cost clarity, and calm demeanor!

We recently bought a fixer upper and hired RDF Construction to renovate the entire house. Ryan had great vision in being able to take the 1964 structure into the present day. He was timely and was excellent in making sure his subs completed work on time, as well. We are extremely pleased with all the finish work and his eye for detail. Ryan is not only timely, he is neat and cleans his job site up everyday. It was a pleasure to work with such an organized and professional craftsman.

Ryan recently refinished our basement and did a fantastic job. He was very easy to work with, communicated well, and was always very professional. The job included scraping and patching the existing drywall on the walls and the ceiling as well as painting the entire room. He also added trim throughout and some built in shelving. We couldn't be happier with the job he has done and have already discussed future projects with him. We would highly recommend Ryan and RDF Construction to anyone.

Ryan installed crown molding and wainscoting in our house. He did a wonderful job, was very professional and meticulous. The crown moulding was a unique installation with several challenges he had to deal with. The crown molding was being installed throughout the house, with him working in one room at a time. Each room had to be emptied while he was working and he did so with minimal disruption. He thoroughly cleaned each room as he finished and the end product looks great. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Francoeur Construction replaced an upper deck, lower deck and two flights of stairs for us last week. However, it was no ordinary replacement. The existing deck had a 3 season Room on it and the deck boards extended under the room so they had to be cut away. Ryan made it look easy. My fear was that he would damage the frame of the sunroom. Not the case. You can not tell that it is not the original floor. It is perfect. (Perfect is a word I will probably use many times in this review).
