Called for a new patient appointment. Asked one question about needing a referral and was told “I’m not getting into that with you” and was transferred. Did not catch male employee’s name but he should NOT be on the phones. Especially for new patients. Terrible customer service. Will not go to this office!
Won't give me my test results unless I come in. Rude staff that hung up on me. Won't share my results with my primary care doctor. Won't awnser my primary care doctor when we tries to talk to them. I would not go here again.
Finally saw the Doctor an hour past my appointment time.
