As a first time home owner I get nervous every time my wife finds something in the home she wants worked on, but luckily she reached out to RDC this time. Tucker came in for the estimate and gave us the solution we needed, not the solution that inflates the RDC's quote. We used RDC Restoration on an emergency basis and were very impressed with their responsiveness and attention to our minor basement flooding due to a clogged sump pump. They knew what to do and our basement was quickly dried and cleaned. I would use them again if need be and highly recommend their services. Thank you to Russell and your team - great job!

We had extensive basement waterproofing work done, including sump pumps, perimeter drainage and I can confidently say it was a great investment especially in an area with such a high water-table! Writing this 18 months later and everything has settled in perfectly—our sump pumps are working as expected, the waterproofing is solid, and even after heavy storms, we don’t get water in our crawl spaces.
