Had them construct a porch. The porch was well over schedule and had problems with their work even before they completed. Well they never did complete the whole project. He also substituted agreed on materials for cheap material that wasn’t intended for exterior. Anyways the floor buckled weeks after they left the job and now less than 5 years later the posts and beams that support the structure are rotten and it’s a safety concern to even be on the porch. They don’t stand behind their work and will rip you off.
Quotes and promises a timeframe then never shows and doesn’t return calls.
We signed a contract on March 17, 2019 to have RDC build our covered deck. We thought he was nice and knowledgeable and that it was an easy decision. We were told we were fourth in line and they’d start end of May/beginning of June which worked perfect for us and we’d have all summer to enjoy our deck. Come the start timeframe my husband had to contact Ron to make sure they were on schedule. This is where issues started. Ron is incredible ! Very meticulous! Friendly and will stay until the job is done . I haves used him for deck , porch roof and kitchen . He only uses quality products and is very reasonable price wise. I would highly recommend him for any job!

When I called RDC remodeling,Owner Ron couldn't have been nicer,he listen to what I needed,and boy did they deliver,When Ron came out to give me an estimate,he was prepared he explained everything textures,color (of which he had samples) wood grade,I didn't need to see anymore we hired RDC Remodeling,when start day came Ron,and his brother Bob, started work you would have thought they had a crew of six,they worked long and hard,and now I'am the proud owner of a beautiful deck,these guys were awesome,I had no problems with th... read more
