The lady that waited on me was so rude!…She refused to wait on me again. I have my license since I was 24 years old…I’m 72 years old now. Some people don’t like all the apps on their phone. I want to start with I shop weekly at this store due to the fact that it’s the only place I can purchase shades e q . If i could get it any where else i would never step foot back in here !!! I spend bare minimum $ 200 a week . I learned my lesson for the last time yesterday after purchasing a tool. I took it out of the package broken tried to return it to Rda and was told we don’t return tools . My salon returns everything to Armstrong with such ease.
