Im a cosmetology student and have purchased most of my supplies here, the staff is very helpful and will answer any questions, give advice and/or suggestions. They have EVERYTHING you need and if they dont have it in stock you can order specific supplies. Definitely my favorite store to get what I need for services.
Im a graduate student and RDA has been my go to stop for all my needs , not only do they help me get products that I need but they inform me on how to use the product . Great customer service always . Manger and the team very delightful in helping and setting an awesome environment for my shopping experience. I recommend anyone looking for products to come here, RDA staff is always ready to help.
The customer service is honestly ridiculous and management doesn’t seem to communicate with other employees when they make a decision. I called and placed an order over the phone around 1-2pm. Manager notified me of new store policy where you have to pay in order for them to prepare an order. I was swamped at work and was unable to get my card to which the manager agreed to let the new policy slide and prepared my order- assuring everything would be good for my mother to pick up.
