As you can tell by the reviews this man is a joke. You want me to post pictures? I can! The only things he treats worse than his tenants, are his properties. When given the option to be civil, Rich Davis would rather dig-deep to find the most inflammatory and ignorant way to proceed about anything. The company is withholding our security deposit- it’s been over 65 days since we’ve moved out, and I’ve tried emailing and calling. Haven’t heard from anyone with the company since we’ve moved out. Will be getting an attorney involved because it looks like the problem will not be resolved.
I moved out in August. RD Realty sent me a document saying I'd receive $2,225.00 back from my $3,400.00 security deposit. They have since deleted the document from their website (I saved the original) and then sent me another one saying I owe them money. They told me to ignore the second document but I have yet to see any of my deposit back. They are impossible to reach over the phone and do not respond to texts/emails.
