If I could leave a 0 star I would, had a showing scheduled for 3 and “Don” showed up an hour late and didn’t even show us around the house. If the rest of these reviews aren’t enough of a sign not to do any sort of business with these people then I don’t know what is.
Re: Angel Ruder, who posted a one star review recently...DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. My friend and I rented from RD Realty for 2 years...and Angel Ruder is lying about how Rich Davis never handles his rental properties in person. Mr. Davis gave us a tour of our apartment, he handed us the keys personally, and he went over the entire lease with us, page by page...to make sure we understood everything. Absolutely horrible customer service and beyond poor CRM. Coming from NYC this is how slum lord's operate I would recommend staying clear of any properties under their management. They try to fight every legitimate claim and manipulate the lease agreement to benifit them. They should have added exact wording I have since retained legal counsel so I don't have to deal with these menial problems.
