My fiance and i showed up to one of the properties to tour it. We had our eye on the rental for weeks, and even asked to get the application prior to the tour so we could apply asap. We were told we couldn't get the application til we toured. Showed up to the tour, with 4 other people who were also interested in the property (never in my renting experience have I seen an"open house" for a rental). Best prices in Denver for reasonable rent and if you pay on time the landlord never bothers you except to fix things when I asked. Rented a 2 bedroom for a couple years and he was one of the best landlords I've ever had. Highly recommend for hard working people looking for affordable rent.

I rented from them they gave me a 10 day eviction 1 week before my 6 months because I showed them there was black mold in the apartment from the constant plumbing issues and they refused to fix it refused to put my children and I in a hotel and when I told them it illegal to have us there without fixing the issues they evicted us these are just a few pictures now they are trying to say I owe them 6600 dollars for damages that were already there and started right after I moved in 10/10 do not recommend even the maintenance gu... read more

I moved in in October 2022. I am going to be moving out in a month to another place more suited for my needs. This company gave me a chance that no one else would. Upon move in, the apartment was clean. I've had multiple maintenance issues throughout the two years I've been here. Every single issue was handled professionally, and compassionately, even when I wasn't acting that way. Prices are reasonable and affordable for the area, and there is adequate parking.
