This company caused major splintered gouges in our pristene hardwood floors during installation with their unscrupulous use of a "stinger" with a stretching tool, that the Carpet and Rug Institute, a national trade organization indicates is not recommended and should never be used. McIntyre Mann Q.C. Manager indicates they "use it all the time". It did ireparable damage to our original oak hardwood floors.
