Couldn't give "0" stars. RD Management let our company work at their building and racked up over $18,000 worth of charges. Invoices have gone unpaid with no communication from management or anyone for that matter. Would not recommend working with this company.

This company is just all around bad and poorly mismanaged. If you own a business and this is your landlord, just run. They don't take care of the parking lots they manage in addition, there is usually some crap fee that they make you cover the cost of roof repair (which is unheard off) that is pushed on to the tenants. On top of that, when they raise your rent, they won't inform you if you paid in full or owe until months later.
