This company is just all around bad and poorly mismanaged. If you own a business and this is your landlord, just run. They don't take care of the parking lots they manage in addition, there is usually some crap fee that they make you cover the cost of roof repair (which is unheard off) that is pushed on to the tenants. On top of that, when they raise your rent, they won't inform you if you paid in full or owe until months later.

Terrible landlord. One star is too high. Terminates leases early if they can make more money. Not transparent at all. Be careful. Just search "Midway Shopping Center St Paul MN" for more info.
