Even though they couldn’t fix my problem, they clearly explained the issue and offered a potentially cost-free solution. They could have just charged me to fix it but they didn’t. I appreciate their honesty and that wins my repeat business.
In the past I have not had great success with air conditioning companies. This time, I was very pleased! From the beginning there was great communication. They were able to get us in quickly, and within 3 business days had found the problem, ordered the part and installed it. Everything runs great now! The communication was great! Everyone I encountered on the phone and in person was friendly. Our service agent Nathan was efficient, respectful and worked quickly. I highly recommend and will use them again!
I have found my new "go to" for anything dealing with my AC! Over the past 5 years this is the best company by far. Jacob did an excellent job. Very professional & knowledgeable, showed up on time. No "BS", would "HIGHLY" recommend them! I can't say enough about them. Finding them was a blessing to me.
Lost heat in lower level of home. R&D came out same day and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently! They put on boot covers before entering home to keep from tracking snow/dirt on the floors. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even offered advice on preventative maintenance I could do myself to prevent costly repairs in the future. Couldn't ask for better service!!
Reliable and Dependable is your entire mission statement with Jacob Garrett leading the way. Very punctual. Promised an early show time, called ahead and arrived early. Very accommodating to get the job done, despite my frozen driveway. Very knowledgeable, sharing the issue and ensured I understood what he was doing and why it mattered.
