Great experience! Rob did an amazing job refinishing my floors.
Rob was recommended through my sister-in-law. He did her floors, and they are beautiful. Before Rob did my floors, they were in such bad shape; no varnish, or finish; paint splatter, and stained; damaged and left sticky from the peel and stick tile I removed. The glue could literally peel the shoes off your feet. We left the house, with all our possessions, for two weeks, and visited my daughter out of state, giving Rob my keys. Rob of R&D was wonderful! Timely, friendly, and accommodating are words that come to mind! He was enthusiastic about our floors and it was nice to see someone who loved their job! We had our whole first floor and staircase sanded and stained! It was a major job. We knocked down walls and Rob had the job to match the existing 1963 1-1.5 inch white maple wood flooring in our dining room to the new kitchen area. It came out great!
