I lived in an apartment with them for 7 years and left it in better condition than when I moved in. They tried to keep my security deposit, charging hundreds for not cleaning the blinds that were a. cleaned and b. not even worth a hundred dollars. They also charged for damages on the sign it sheet. When I went in to speak to them, the office manager was incredibly rude (as he always is) and snide and stated they have the sign in sheet and it damages were not listed. Currently living in Lakeview apartment owned by RD Barr, or like I call it Hell. These are the worst apartments ever, the outside looks like crap, the inside looks like crap, the neighbors smoke pot and the smells float up to the third floor and enter in our door and windows if they are open. Our neighbors before were arrested for drug dealing, people are either evicted or move out literally multiple times a month. Neighbors are rude, except a select few. I could write a novel on all of the issues I had with these people. Really though... just avoid them at all costs. And if you're already there, you know what I'm talking about... and make sure you take pictures of everything after you've cleaned, so when they try to charge you for damages, you have proof that they're lying.
