Worst place to do business with. I financed a nice car from them a few years ago. Was a great car and Rosie is excellent and make everything right for you. Have a second car I’m about to pay off and requested the payoff sheet / balance due yesterday and some rude girl named Gabby REFUSED to provide me with any documentation because I’m behind by 2 payments. Horrible experience! We bought a 2007 Honda Accord, and we are having issues getting our tags and license plate. My wife got pulled over by the cops due to the Licence plate not matching the vehicle!!! We waited forever to receive our tags which we paid for during the initial purchase of the car, and still have not received them a year later. The license plate on the vehicle belongs to a Tesla, the cop said, which looks to be still leased, so hopefully, we can fix the issue with the DMV, but as of right now, we are out of be... read more
I meant to write this review a long time ago after I bought my car from R&D Auto Sales, but I guess even better now a year later because the car I bought from them still runs great! They did a lot of extra paperwork for me since I bought the car through a program through Jewish Family Services. My friend’s mom bought a car the same week and we still both love our cars! Thanks for a great experience and selling quality vehicles at a good price!
Although I did not end up purchasing from Ray and Sam, I had a surprising great experience. Definitely not your typical "used car sales experience". They're vehicle selection, although limited, are high quality cars at very competitive prices. I will absolutely consider buying from them in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.
Bought a car from R&D auto sales and it was great experience. They answered all my questions, they were honest and professional. It was a seamless transaction. I have always dreaded going to a used car lot, but not this one. They weren't pushy like the other used car lots I have been to. If I buy another car anytime soon it will be through R&D.
