RecommendedVery professional. Makes the experience easier and painless. Staff did a good job putting me at ease and comfortable.
I liked that the Dentist was a nice person first and far most. I also liked that he explained the procedure in a way that I could understand what was going on. I loved the soothing light music in the background that put my mind at ease. I especially liked that the young dentist was ageless and treated me as a person instead of a senior citizen. Many older people are very informed and up to date and he knew it and was very diverse. I appreciated the experience.
For the most part it was a good experience the dentist was awesome and so was the nurse. The only problem I had was with the ladies at the front desk who didn’t know how to pre-authorize my insurance. They came in the room and told me I was covered by my insurance 100% and then later I get a Letter in the mail saying that I owed them money because my insurance didn’t cover everything. They looked at the wrong thing when they went to go look up my insurance. So now I’m stuck with a bill because they didn’t know what they were... read more
Great service and professionalism
I went into RCT with much trepidation over the possibility that a root canal would be necessary. Dr. Coston willingly, patiently and graciously answered all of my questions and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. He was right. The good news...no need for a root canal. Very thoughtful staff. They took a lot of time to explain what was going on with my daughter’s teeth and showed us everything they were doing before, during and after the root canal. Dr. Taylor was the best!!
Went to the Laurel location. I had a problem with one of my front teeth. I had been to 2 previous Endodontists who could not find my problem. RCT spent a lot of time with me to figure out my problem. I am finally pain free after over a year!! I highly recommend them.
Extremely caring and kind staff. I was miserable and they took the time (over 3 hours) to give me the care I needed. The problem was found and immediately a treatment plan was developed, i was given my options and the procedure was completed. All the while the office staff worked with my insurance and the entire staff was gentle and informative. Such a great practice. Will recommend it to family and friends
