Ordered a +12 busa tail from these guys. The shipping was very fast only bad thing. The tail was damaged in shipping. Called up chuck and told him what happened and he immediately sent me another one out. This time the tail came damaged once again. I myself was very mad. Not with chuck or rc performance but with ups shipping. Called chuck and he couldn’t beleive it again. Got the third one yesterday with no damage. Long story short. Body panel after body panel. Great group of guys! Awesome company!
Rc is not as knowledgeable as people think. Long story short they are selling dummy dyno sheets. They know nothing about nitrous an struggled on a basic motor map. Had to stop (landing) chuck son before he blew up my bike on the dyno. Dyno sheet was going up down up down an around the corner!!Paid these scammers to do nothing but waste gas an time. An no money was refunded almost 2k down the drain. DONT waste your time with these scammers.

Bike ran perfectly on both motor and nitrous tune. Client picks up bike calls 2 months later complaining how bike has issues on nitrous. So we tell him to bring I'll check it. Another shop had installed shifter, in doing so they managed to disrupt nitrous wiring causing inconsistent activation of nitrous. However, we got the blame, he's impossible wants free service and life long service contract.

Best customer service out there. Called for some parts and they said it would take a few minutes because the power was out. Took my order, walked to make sure he had it on the shelf and got my parts out that afternoon. Made sure I got my parts even though they HAD NO POWER!!! All this for a first time customer.
