The car was what they describe online. I arranged to purchase it so far a great experience. The sales guy Darren called to check on us after we purchased the car. They were really nice people a great experience smooth and drama free.
Family owned and operated, great customer service. The only place I trust to get a nice quality ride at a reasonable price.
RCS Motors in Madison TN was GREAT. The dealer was very helpful over the phone and in person and very quick to respond to our questions. I believe he was very honest and forthcoming about the vehicle we were buying (an unusual trait in many small lot used car dealers). He even met us at OUR convenience at a time when he was closed. Do not be afraid to give them a call if you see something you are interested in.
Rusty took good car of my son and I. We have bought 2 cars from him now! They are friendly, and they do not try to sell you something you do not need. BTW: The note was only for 2 years so we were not stuck with 72 or 66 payments like banks do. They're awesome.
