I agree...he's all business,but it's ok. – LOL! Mark ross does actually smile...after we gave him the movein money and the paperwork was done, and he gave us the keys. We had a problem that day of moving in and he got on it, simple fix. The owner should be happy as he is all business, and he did treat us well and did what he said. NOTE: be on time with him-old school punctualaty.
renter – we are currently renting one of their properties. Mark is a little stiff personality wise but he gets the job done. I figure I dont have to personally like someone to have a professional relationship that works. Overall I are happy with this company.
Darmy got denied a rental...untrue review! – I know Darmy...she boasted of this "troll" posting/review as revenge for rcr rejecting her application...he's a nice guy and politely told her no...she's not an "owner", btw.
RCR is very nice – We are a renter at one of RCR's office spaces. Eugene Ross is extremely pleasant to deal with, and is responsive to our tenant comments and concerns. All issues that have been raised have been dealt with promptly and in a courteous manner. I am very happy that we are dealing with such a pleasant landlord.
