The worst management company ever. No customer service at all. Their representatives are rude and totally incompetent. They never answer the phone, and you are always directed towards voicemail. I complained to the president and she did nothing. They increased their fees by 20% during the COVID-19 crisis and didn't consider the impact on the owners. They are very good concerning billing, fees, and fines but suck in everything else. No sense of urgency and if you need help for an emergency you need to ask the board otherwise ... read more
RCP Management is the maintenance company my HOA has contracted to maintain the common property. These company is charging an over inflated service fees for a small building of 24 units with zero amenities and are blocking the delivery of repairs for life threatening damages.
